Fun with Hats

These pictures are old. But it was such a fun and goofy family day I was reminded of them on Monday. It was Family Day, in case you missed it. So here are our goofy hat pictures from a trip to Fort Temiskaming in Northern Ontario. We went for a visit last summer with my mother. They had some period hats to try on. No hygienic problems were experienced as a result. :)

Stephen's Moment of Fame

On a recent trip to the London Regional Children's Museum we were checking out the Insect Exhibit. A reporter from the London Free Press approached us and asked if he could take a picture of Stephen looking at the tarantula. We agreed, not realizing how many shots it would take to get the perfect angle, lighting, etc. Stephen was very patient and accommodating, but he was very glad to be done.
